Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Onpapersupplies.com reserves the right at any point in time, after the receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.   Onpapersupplies.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product for sale at Onpapersupplies.com is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, an error in pricing or an error in product information from our suppliers, Onpapersupplies.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.   Onpapersupplies.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or a Paypal payment has been made to Onpapersupplies.com.  In the event that your credit card is charged or a Paypal payment has been made for the purchase and your order is canceled,  Onpapersupplies.com shall issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the charge.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
All products purchased from Onpapersupplies.com are covered by the products manufacturer's warranty.   Onpapersupplies.com will accept the return of defective products for a period of 30 days from purchase.   Onpapersupplies.com may repair or replace, at our discretion, merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Onpapersupplies.com.  Returns will not be accepted on software once a package has been opened.  Defective software will be exchanged for the same title in accordance with Onpapersupplies.com's limited 30 day defective returns policy.  Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or onpapersupplies.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership. Onpapesupplies.com warrants that its products will not damage those devices for which the product is intended (i.e. printers, fax machines, copiers and tape transports) when stored, installed and used in accordance with such devices' manufacturer's recommended procedures and warranty. After 30 days, products will be covered only by the manufacturer's warranty.    Onpapersupplies.com will assist customers whenever possible in dealing with product manufacturers with regard to warranty issues.  For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 888-218-6900.   Onpapersupplies.com may accept non-defective returns at our discretion for a period of thirty days.  All products returned must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.  Certain products also require a restocking fee for non-defective returns.  No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Onpapersupplies.com or when the product manufacturer's or distributor's return policies supersede ours.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Onpaper Inc. or any of it's affiliates be liable for collateral, consequential, indirect, incidental or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, any lost profits, loss of data or loss of use, arising out of, or connected in any way with, this agreement or goods sold pursuant hereto.
